Lot's of nice features on this product

Nice features overall. Menu panel is a little hard to read and could be organized more efficiently but you get used to it. Metal rack seems like a waste and we ended up taking it out anyway. Love the surface light and the fan, especially the variable speed for the fan and intensity levels for the light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replaced another GE microwave that was involved in a kitchen fire ... Price was right. Everything works fine and recycling fan seems to handle any stovetop smoke fairly well.. Only problem is minor and that is how hard you have to pull on door to open it ..

This model runs quiet and has very nice features. Good choice for an over the range unit. This model replaced my old GE unit perfectly.

I've owned this Microwave for over 6 months and it is very quite and has more features than most brands. GE has highly reliable products and they stand by their warranty. I've owned a GE Deep Freezer for over 30 years and it has been shipped all over the world during my military career and it still operates as the day I purchased it. Very reliable and that's why all my major appliances are GE.

Second malfunction in two months. Have to call for service again, seems like bad assembly. Previous Hotpoint microwave worked like a horse for 20 years...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this model several months ago for our primary home and loved its features and ease of use. So when the microwave in our second home needed replacement a couple of months ago, we bought an identical unit. It was quickly installed and it is nice to have the same good operation as the other one. Highly recommend this model. Ingenious way to make extra space for the turntable.
