Like the two oven idea, but trouble prone

Top oven "thought" the door was open, even when closed, so the oven light was always on (had to take the bulb out) and it wouldn't light (the display kept saying "Shut door"). Now that the top oven ignites, the temperature is way, way off. Set to 400 degrees, get 450. Set to 350 get 300; set to 375 and good luck. We've ordered an electric wall oven, so "post kitchen remodel" this will just be a gas cooktop and a single, large gas oven on the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only issue I have, is not buying a double oven sooner. But, glad I waited -- the slate finish is awesome. Much easier to keep clean than stainless, and I believe a better look with the two-tone gray & chrome accents. The only thing this lacks is convection cooking, but with the size of the oven(s) it is not really needed. Bottom oven plenty big for anything you may cook; 20+ pound turkey easy. Great looks, features, and performance. Love the center burner & griddle. Makes for a good place to set hot pans, a spoon rest, and works well for pancakes & eggs -- and I'm sure many other things. Ships set up for natural gas, but includes kit to set up for liquid propane (LP). Very easy to convert, but would recommend a professional if you have never done it before.

I like this stove, but the ovens take to long to heat. I went from a G E electric double oven, to the gas and it doesn't seem as well insulated. I'm still adjusting my cook times and temperatures.
