I have loved this phone from day one. Everything I expected since I first heard about it. Android Rocks!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Samsung Infuse does not connect to Samsung Kies. Nor has AT&T released update for Gingerbread as promised in August 2011. Should have been stock with Gingerbread.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: freezes, not compatible with kies
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not connect to keis product is not supports which is interesting since my captivate was supported. Horrible battery life. Shuts off frequently.

This is the worst phone I have ever have. It is not supported and needs updated.
Pros: Bright display, big display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, battery life, gets too hot, poor support, no updates

my phone will not ring i called AT&t to reset and it did not help...they said phone needed to be replaced because it is defective...I am very unhappy for an expensive phone

My first Infuse had to be replaced under warranty due to multiple issues that could not be resolved. My second Infuse has one of the same issues (inability to connect readily to my home wi-fi) and a new one (random shutting off of phone even while just sitting on a desk). This new issue is extremely annoying and problematic due to my need to be available 24/7. It has also caused a waste of my money for the case I bought to protect the phone. The difficulty in removing and replacing it is too much to deal with multiple times a day. While the features are fabulous, the screen is great, and the phone LOOKS terrific, the problems I have experienced have completely soured me on this product.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
