Disappointed

My 1st "Smart Phone." I was basically after a phone with the best camera available. Camera works fine, takes great pics. I'm a beginner. No web browsing, No gaming, very seldom text or E-mail. Battery barely makes it thru the day. My daughters phone detects Wi-Fi when mine won't. "Things" keep turning themselves on and draining the battery. Turn them off, a few days later they are back on. Unless you are a "computer geek" stay away from this phone. Thought I would figure it out, but not the case. Too late to return. Too much "stuff" preloaded on the phone. Online manual is not very helpful.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, camera
Cons: Did not meet expectations, wi-fi, battery life, ease of use

I bought this phone less than 2 months ago & I have had nothing but problem after problem with it. It freezes up, take FOREVER to load anything, I am unable to view U-Tube or anything on the internet for that matter. It doesn't matter where I am either. Never a good connection. I am very unhappy with this phone!!!!! Don't buy it!!!!!!!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Samsung Phone when it works

When my phone works I love it the problem is that is rarely works properly. The speaker raddles. It drops calls. the bluetooth does not stay synced and the sensor that should keep my ear from pussing buttons does not work properly. The battery does not hold a charge very long I am allways having to charge it in the middlke of the day. I love the size.
When I first got the infuse the volume buttons on the side did not work so I had to trade it for another one. When I received the second one it worked great for a bit then it started to slow down. It sometimes freezes when I try to answer a phone call. It will hang up on people when I am talking to them. It will just shut down with a full battery. It closes out my apps when I am on them. Sometimes it will not connect to the internet. It will unexpectedly say that an app is not working then freeze and the only way to to make it work again is to restart the phone. When I exit an app and go back to the home screen, it takes the phone about 30 seconds before it shows the apps on my home screen and then I click the app button to go to my other apps, it will sometimes not load them for 2-3 minutes. I thought this was the best phone ever when I first got it and would have recommended it to a friend but now I won't be recommending it anytime soon. At first I thought maybe I just received the lemon phone until I read other comments. And if you pay attention to the comments that say this is an awesome phone, you will notice that those comments were from when it first came out, most of them anyway. When it first came out it was an awesome phone, but now..... They need an update or something for this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: slow, shutsdown unexpectdly, it just gets worse as the days go on
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good size if you have bigger hands. The screen is very bright and words are a decent size for anyone to read. Even with applications closed, the phone frequently freezes. Call quality is terrible. The volume will be all the way up and I cannot hear anyone as well as they cannot hear me. There are updates available for the lower version (captivate) of the Infuse but an update is never available for the Infuse. The infuse also will not connect to Samsung Kies which is used for updates.
All in all, the phone is poor. I would recommend this phone if the person plays a lot of games, however, I would not recommend it for its call quality.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not keep up with updates, will not connect to samsung kies
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Phone I've had so far!

I've had countless phones over the years from multiple manufacturers running multiple operating systems. I found that the latest offerings from Samsung to be the most intuitive and the best styled units available today. I already have my sights set on the Galaxy S Note when it comes out on AT&T. I work in noisy enviroments so I wish the speakers could be a little louder, but that's a minor thing.
