can't copy/paste from email or web browser, inconsistent keyboard

I'm NOT impressed with this phone for a high-end user with a busy life. I cannot copy/paste text from an email or a web page on this phone. There's supposed to be a "select text" option in the browser on Android phones, but this phone is missing that feature.
Also, when I select "Swipe" as my text input method, it no longer corrects words like im to I'm. If I turn on word correction, it's constantly offering me words and won't let me type what I need.
Totally not impressed - if I can't return it, going to sell it and go back to iphone or blackberry.
This phone is not useful for a person who is tech savy and relies on their phone to manage a busy professional's life.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SAMSUNG INFUSE

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT IN THIS PHONE I HAVE NO COMMENTS ON THIS PRODUCT BUT I TRIED TO CONNECT IT VIA HDMI TO GOOGLE TV . PHONE GOES DEAD WHEN CONNECTED.
I previously owned a Samsung Epic and loved it. Decided I would go to the IPhone just due to the hype of owning an I Phone. Had it less than 24 hours, and I HATED it. No comparison to a Samsung. So I went to the store and exchanged it for the Infuse. Best phone ever!!!! IPhone users have no idea what they are missing!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like to keep these brief whimsical and packed full of info, but that is not going to be the case here. I will list the PROS and CONS then get into my experience with the device.
Pros Bright Colorful Screen Slim Android
Cons Too Big Single Core Processor Constant Bluetooth Issues Phone Hangs when using Apps like Netflix and some games Unreliable (First one kept overheating when I used Bluetooth+Google Maps)
My Experience: I am on my second handset so far. The first one was overheating and I was having issues with the Bluetooth functionality, especially with Pandora installed. The second device has been better but not perfect. It constantly freezes up while watching Netflix and I am having problems with the Bluetooth syncing with my car. Other devices work just fine so I know it is not my car. I also uninstalled Pandora so that can't be the issue. I am currently resetting my phone to factory defaults to see if that resolves any software related issues. Also it has corrupted my micro-SD card and I almost lost all my photos. I ran chkdsk /F and was able to move them to my computer. Phew! This phone has been a challenge and I am past my 30 day window with Cell Phone provider. I feel stuck. They also have the Samsung Galaxy II coming out with a Dual Core Processor only 60 days after I bought this one.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does it even HAVE a battery?

I cannot get this phone to stay charged for more than 8 hours at a stretch. Have battery saver mode enabled, the brightness is turned almost off, and email notifications are turned off. The display is nice and clear, but the device is useless. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
