Beautifully designed smartphone

Excellent design and well balanced smartphone with all cool feature set. IR would have been good if it added to the feature rich Samsung Infuse 4G. Its best phone in USA market for value you pay. Also in-build saumsung andriod tools for basic phone functional stability (like task manager, Monitoring tools). So the basic phone works and impress more customers.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, well design

I just purchased this phone so have owned it for 7 days. I have to charge it 2 - 3 times a day. All I have on the phone is regular calls, texting, emails, facebook, and weather app. I can actually sit and watch the battery go down. Crazy for a droid. Today I was listening to a voice mail and it died on me and the battery wasn't even dead. I do no like it at all. For the price of the phone it is not worth it.
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Gingerbread

The Gingerbread update is vaporware. OTA update in Nov 11 has made the Infuse 4G incompatible with the Gingerbread update and can not be updated!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not upgradeable

Iam really happy with this phone I have had it for about a year, and found more exciting apps all the time, I also just found out I can put more space up to 16GB right now its a 2GB that came with the phone I can put more music on it. It fits me perfect because of the big sceen I can see pictures and text much better.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I am a Telecom Manager and regularly procure and test new devices. The Infuse is a fantastic phone, so much so that I have switched to it.
