excellent product, very good efficiency, perfect design, and the update will solve the problems of battery consumption, which are the most frequent complaints from buyers that I have read online

Software support is horrible. Newer phones and OS's have since come out and either Samsung or AT&T have refused to provide adequate software support for the phone. Case in point, Samsungs own KIES program doesn't even recognize the device at all.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: software support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great phone Ive had it for close to 8 months, I must say it is one of the best phones Ive ever had. i had a iPhone 3g before I got the Infuse 4G. It completely blows it outa the water even the new iPhone 4s. Phones so great Ive recommended it to 5 people and they have all bought the Samsung Infuse 4G and love it. Somethings is it tends to crash alot when heavy browsing of the internet. AT&T blocks some apps on the market which is a let down. And there are not as many updates as I would have liked to seen. on the other hand a 4.5" in Super Screen with sharp clean color paired with being ultra thin its amazing.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast 4g
Cons: update support, headphones

Great phone! Large screen that shows brilliant colors. Some issues with it locking up sometimes, but overall a winner. Thin, sleek design and tons of awesome features and apps to go with it.

fastest phone i have ever had-just need to buy extended battery sets- first att phone ever to work in hospital setteings.

This phone has been excellent. Call quality is good and speaker phone is clear and loud. It has all the features I was looking for and probably will ever need.
