I love this phone. I have had my fair share of phones but this one by far is the best. Very responsive, easy to use, light weight, color display OMG!! I have already convinced 2 people to go by this phone already. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a new phone. This phone is better than any which I have looked at or tried out.
This is, in general, a great phone. The only three shortcomings I have found are: 1. No Gingerbread operating system. 2. No dedicated physical camera button and shutter activation is slow. 3. Speaker distorts. Other than that, it's great.
Cons: Not high def, no gingerbread, slow camera function, poor speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use. Big bright screen. Flexible customization. Battery hog unless you kill all power grabbers (WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Autosync, screen brightness above minimum). Yet, great power/memory management. Very fast . Perfect for multimedia and gaming. Three minor complaints: The quick user guide should show how to answer an incoming call; The calendar app doesn't allow cut, copy, paste on the entire appointment; The email app doesn't allow inbox individual email delete without first opening each email. Four major complaints - would be 5 stars otherwise: Can't watch video or listen to music if battery is under 10%; Doesn't have "Face Time" like on iPhone; External rear speaker too close to microphone. The speakerphone is often too unclear to those on the other end; Defaults to long pulse tones. Not configurable to send short pulse tones. I often have to re-enter numeric input on voice call automated menus. Please note, these gripes do not outweigh the overall quality and usefulness of this incredible phone. Nothing is perfect, and workarounds exist. I wholeheartedly recommend this phone to anyone that can afford it. I would also recommend it over iPhone. Why wait for 4G when you can have it now? One more thing. You must read the user guide to get the most out of this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, easy to use, versatile
Cons: no audio/video playback if battery < 10%, no "face time" like on iphone, speakerphone sometimes unclear on other end, no short pulse tones

So far so good. Working very good and delivered as expected. Excellent graphics and video - fast and super clear. Touch screen very responsive and menus very user friendly.
Con... Calendar very primitive and very generic. Outlook calendar was much better. Sync from outlook requires a third party with fee. File folders are also very generic. Sound settings (ie ringtones) have no access to folders for the system sound.
Best way to sync contacts and music - use bluetooth.
I think the users should have been given readily available apps (for free) to sync calendar contents from outlook since majority of users use this application for communication and appointments.
I would not recommend this phone to those users that uses MS Outlook as their main communications appz..
