Great product but quirky post Gingerbread

This phone is definitely one of the better products that I have owned. The screen is phenomenal, the battery much better than expected and the size is great. The only issue I have is some of the performance post gingerbread upgrade. I have found the phone to lock up more frequently and the battery life to be a little less than expected. However, for overall cost for what you get, this is a great phone.

The Samsung Infuse 4G is a great product. It is fast, efficient, and easy to use. Far superior to the iPhone 4s I have for work.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Could This be the Best Value in a Smart Phone Yet?

I work for a wireless company, I hear a lot of what people want. I hear that as we expand more and more into our modern day industrial revolution of digital technology, people need to have better and better communications technology. Enter, Samsung Infuse. Not only will this phone keep you connected with 4g speeds and at&t's amazing coverage map, but it is also the ABSOLUTE BEST value I have witnessed in a smart phone. This does not mean it is the cheapest ever, it just means that you won't pay a lot for what you get. What you get is a great phone. Internet is fast and fun. Voice and email are reliable. If you need a smart phone look no further. However, do not be too surprised if it doesn't do back flips for you. It won't stand up to major flagship devices like Samsung's Galaxy phones. It will, however, give you a big setup for an incredibly small price tag, and the best part? It's a Samsung phone. You do not get better then Samsung. Have fun.

Frozen Screens, messages don't deliver.

I use my phone primarily for texting and I make 3-5 phone calls a week. I am SO upset that I waste my money on this phone monthly. My phone will freeze up for hours at a time and at times, with no warning, my messages won't send. My phone will say I have great cell service, but I won't be able to place calls or send/receive messages. Over the weekend, I reached my breaking point. From 7 pm on Friday until 8 am on Saturday I did not receive a single text message/call that was sent to me. At 8 am on Saturday I received 10 texts and 2 missed calls. Even when I can place and receive phone calls, the person on the other end complains that they cannot hear me at times.
If you are willing to overlook those HUGE problems...I love the size and style of the phone. The camera takes nice quality photos.

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PHONE!!!!

I was very excited to purchase my samsung infuse last August. This was my first samsung phone. I bought the phone because I had heard great things about samung phones from friends & family. It was a major upgrade from my Palm Centrino. However, the honeymoon lasted for 1 month & now several months of regret. The phone freezes at least 2- 3 times a day. It takes 24 hours before picture messages get sent, endless dropped calls every day. People call me but my phone does not ring even though its on. I have gone to AT&T stores: they have changed my SIM cards & various updates have been done to the phone but the problems always return. I did not have any of these problems with my previous phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, phone freezes & turns off, too many dropped calls - even w/ hands free headse, i get black screens for incoming calls

This is one of the best phones I have ever had. Went from an iphone 3 to this phone. Took me a little while to figure out but after that wow! Someone was showing me a picture on their iphone and it was just weird holding an operating an iphone after using this phone. Just upgrade to the new gingerbread and it is even better. I really bought this phone because I wanted the biggest screen I could get due to my eyesight but I love everything about this phone.

This is my first ever Samsung phone, and it has been really good! I have had it for about a year and I still love it! The battery lasts pretty long depending on how you use it, and I love the large screen. The camera is excellent and it has great apps. It has a decent speed as well.
