Not Up to Samsung Standards

Phone does not maintain settings. Turns settings off and on at random. Must reset setting every time a feature is to be used. Unfortunately can not do anything about the poor performance as the phone is tied to a 2 year contract
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Phone - Needs tweaking

I have had my phone for about 6 months. When I first received it I loved it. As I used it more and more, it's little "faults" started popping up. An example: the more apps you put on the phone, the more things happen, like it freezes. I have had to remove the battery a few times to restart the phone. I do love the size of the screen, the resolution of the screen, and the over-all function of the device though. The battery does not last long if you are using the phone all the time. I am not sure if that is normal for all phones, but the battery will not last all day. You have to charge it at least once during usage time and once overnight. The phone portion works very well, as I have not had anyone complain they can't hear me and I can hear everyone very well.
Lastly, this phone is NOT scheduled to get the Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade (as of now), so be sure you know that in a few months it probably will be running old software but if you are OK with that, this is a pretty good phone.

I like the phone, but I have been waiting for the GB update since Summer. Too slow in getting updates, may consider
an Iphone in a year and a half.

Samsung Infuse - A good buy

I found the mobile device is worth for the money you spend. It has a nice big screen which is the best feature I liked about the device.
The only problem which I face is I need to battery charge this everyday. Some of the processes just keep running all the time without notice and keeps sucking the battery. No Android upgrade yet is another problem which I am facing.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no android upgrade, poor battery life

I really like this phone and its capabilities but its hard for someone to navigate- I have trouble finding help on setting up the phone. I'm really low tech

This phone is great but when you drop it once its all over. It would start freezing and it would crack and finally crack all the way no matter how you drop it.

Cons: cracks easily
