When this phone works, it works well, however it has enough issues that i wish I had never gotten it. Downloads are iffy in stock format and it locks up way too much, as well as losing connectivity to Wi-Fi, even when the Wi-Fi is in the same room and working for other devices. It also will not update to Gingerbread as it should, and tech support is so dysfunctional that it is a total joke, but it is not funny. If I could root this unit and do what I wished with it it might be better, however since i do not have the ability to do this, I cannot say. In any even, if you can get it already upgraded to Gingerbread you might be OK, but buy at your own risk.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor connectivity, cannot upgrade, tech support hasn't a clue, locks up too often

Upgrades are so slow, even when Samsung anounces that will air Gingerbread still nothing!!!!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Phone works great, but updating is awful, because Kies-mini wouldn't recognize the phone. Would be nice if something like Kies 2.0 would work with this phone too.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

It lags up quite often and restarting it takes forever but overall compared to my iPhone I like it alot more.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: lacking ram

This phone freezes, shuts itself off when not wanted, drops call if a text comes in, doesn't automatically go to my wifi when I come in range, HDMI connection NO sound, only fix formost issues is to remove battery. I am doing this at least 5 times a week.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, large screen
Cons: Did not meet expectations, too many glitches

I like the design of the Infuse, plus it has a great screen size.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: no upgrade to gingerbread.

Pretty good phone but a little behind the times by the hardware standards today. Awesome camera and video.
The worst thing about this phone is that Samsung and ATT seem to have forgotten about it. New more "important" phone have come out, I guess, and this phone has taken a back seat for support and upgrades to the OS.
If buying today, I would not recommend this phone!!!!

Great Size & features but short on Performance

Should have been a dual core CPU and higher resolution. Other than that, the screen size was a much needed feature on a touch screen phone.
Pros: Lightweight, Bright display
Cons: Not high def
