I love the size of the screen, actually wouldn't mind if it were 5 to 5.5" instead of 4.5". Screen resolution & brightness is second to none, it's absolutely gorgeous! I love the features of the phone & the thousands of Apps available for it. On the flip side, I wish the operating system was more stable. It sometimes freezes or moves slow & I have to power it down or remove the battery to get it to work better. Also, I sometimes don't receive my emails right away & have them download to the phone more than an hour later. Please release the gingerbread update for this phone, I'm hearing this may solve some of the issues I'm having. Overall, I love the phone and have recommended it to others to purchase. I do have one sour note for Samsung. I hate the fact that I had to wait over 5 months for the phone to be released on AT&T & it only have a single core system. A couple of months later you release newer phones with duel core systems!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, size, high def video
Cons: single core system, system freezes, delayed receipt of emails

So far this is the best phone I have ever owned. All my friends say it's the biggest display screen they have ever seen. The infuse is easy to set up and use.

Upgraded to this phone after being a Blackberry fan for about four years. I find this phone to be good in most ways. Battery time is not good if you are playing games but is good when texting and receiving emails. I find the keyboard is much better for texting. Just enjoying this phone. It has not let me down so far. love the size and weight.

The good, bad,& the ugly.

Good is the design of the product and the software that it
comes loaded with.
Bad is the size and cost of the accessories.
Ugly is the battery life! Most of the applications will not stop running even when you go in and manage them, thus killing the battery within 8 - 12 hours.

The Samsung Infuse was my first android phone. The product itself is a pretty durable and inexpensive. However the operating system seemed to become quite sluggish after a few downloads and it crashed quite a bit. Other than the operating system I would definitely recommend it to friends. The visual was great which is always expected from Samsung considering they have great graphics on majority of their products.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Overall I really like this phone. There are a couple of things I don't care for with this phone. One is the sliders for answering calls. I would rather tap the button that appears with the slider. The other thing is buttons at the bottom for search, return, and home do not stay lit, and it can be difficult to find them. Another thing, and I think it is software driven, is that there are apps that came preinstalled that I would like to remove, but can't, or at least haven't figured out how.

Great phone but bad ATT sync tools

The phone itself has a great usable size that makes iPhone owners jealous. The curse is ATT's disabling of the native Kies 2.0 for their own profit.
I don't like being forced to use ATT's tools and pay for airtime or have to buy other tools to synchronize the phone.
