the phone has a great super bright screen, easy to use features and good battery life.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

THIS PHONE IS PREFECT I THOUGHT THAT I WOULDN'T LIKE IT BUT I LIKE IT ALOT MORE THAN THE IPHONE THE INFUSE IS TWICE AS BETTER THAN THE APPLE ANY DAY

Phone met my needs after I switched from Blackberry

Purchased this phone to be able to video with distant family...took some grief from family and friends for its size. Must admit, it was large, but even more so when I placed it is a protective case. If you want a phone that fits into your pocket, not the phone you would want. But, has a screen large enough to enjoy watching movies while traveling.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

bigger is not always better

my infuse worked flawless for two weeks then it went down hill.
shutting itself off..
about 2 or 3 times a week it will just be off. i never found a reason why it shuts off.
network connections.
wifi is weak first of all. constant no network found please retry connection. sometimes i have to turn off wifi then restart wifi to see any network.
lagging.
the infuse has been slow to commands. i can only best explain this by refurring to the older cell flip phones that when you text a message so fast that the phone will continue to input your message long after you have stopped.
Screen size.
I love the screen size. I love everything about the phone except the software. this is my first review. i love samsung product very much and i still have faith in them. but this one product im up creek with out a paddle since it has been 2 days past my 30 day return policy. wish i had waited for the galaxy sii

This is my first experiance with a "smartphone", however all of my phones have been Samsung products. My son has a smartphone with another company, so I decided to compare my phone with his. The overall features of the Infuse compared to my son's phone are very similiar, the phones just require different methods to achieve the same function. The performance of my phone has me concerned because I have had the phone 3 weeks and it has frozen 4 times. The first time it happened I thought I did something to break it. I, of course asked my son "what happened to it"? He replied" oh it just froze, take the battery out like a hard reboot". I decided to call customer care and was basically told the same thing. The customer care representative was extremely polite, very charming and engaging. If he represents the caliber of professionalism at Samsung it is worth the little inconvience of having to make the call. The design of the Infuse is perfect for me it fits nicely in my hand and is light enough to play a game for hours without my hand becoming tired. The slim design is wonderful, it fits easily into my pocketbook, and takes up very little room. I don't have to take a book with me to appointments because I have all the convience of any book I choose to read, at a price lower than most bookstores, and I can listen to the music I like all with the same device. OUTSTANDING!!!!! Finally I alluded to the value of the Infuse while I described it's design. It is worth the money I paid for it. I have access to the things I like anywhere I go, that means I am not stuck in one place while I accomplish a task. In terms of convience and mobility the Infuse is invaluable to me. These are my feelings after 3 weeks, in 3 months I would be willing to pay Samsung be an Infuse spokesperson :-). I want everyone in the world to be as happy as this device has made me. I know this sounds cheesy but the feelings are honest. If it only takes the Infuse to do it, lead me to the studio :-). Thank You Samsung.
