A really great phone!

I've had a another Nokia before and liked it a great deal though it was lacking in some areas I had a E73 mode. This new phone the Lumia 900 is truely great and goes beyond all my exspectations I wanted and demanded from a smartphone. This phone does everything that other phones I have in the past could not and that includes: great reception both from the 4G and wifi, good strong battery, beautiful good to the touch screen, sharp camera with many ajustments, good software to use with phone on the computer and windows phone 7 which is real easy to use. I glad that every day the windows market keeps getting bigger every day so all of you out there who think that windows mobile won't cut it compared to apple, android, or even blackberry think again. All the software works very well with no crashes it's really cool unlike my past phones that were android and blackberry. The phone really cranks out also with a good speaker and earphone jack with good volume ajustment. Overall a truely great phone and the ATT network has truely great reception on this phone. I can go anywere here in Florida and not worry about losing signal or data.

Great Phone

this is my first WP7 phone and second smart phone that i have had. I came in from a HTC Desire running Android and let me tell you, Nokia was really an upgrade from my old Android.
Pros: Data is super fast and I am not even on LTE (compared to 3G), Lumia 900 is sleek, fast, and easy to use, gorgeous screen and great camera, great battery life too.
Cons: not as easily customizable, can't use your music as ring tones (well not impossible but hard), and limited apps to choose from .
Overall great phone and i would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a fast phone but also something that is super easy, go with android or iPhone if you want the apps or customization.

LOVE MY NEW PHONE!!

I have been an owner of a windows phone before. I absolutely love the windows os. It is so smooth and easy to navigate. The one and only problem that you will ever have with a windows phone is that there are not a lot of apps. This is true but people are coming out with a lot of new and creative apps for windows phones. Also I am seeing popular developers creating windows versions of their apps. You can't go wrong with this phone. Once it's in your hands you will fall in love.

Good product but caution

I love this phone, it has excellent features and is very easy to use. However, the screen occassionally locks up. When I called ATT Tech Support they informed me the phone did not have a removable battery or hard reset button and this was a reported problem with this device. This happened to me with approximately 50% of the battery charge remaining.
When I took it home and placed a full charge on the phone it began functioning again. You may want to keep this in mind when you are considering all the other wonderful features of this phone. I love it, however that flaw is very annoying.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SWEET! My "upgrade" from the Samsung FOCUS

Coming from the Samsung Focus, one of the first Windows Phone 7's to be released, I really enjoy the size of this phone/screen!.
Since I'm familiar with the OS (have been using for 2.5 yrs now) I'm pretty amazed when folks that aren't AWARE of the Windows OS are pretty "WOWED" by this.
BTW, hey, NOKIA~I've "converted some folks from IOS and Android", so I'm doing my OWN advertising for ya ;)) Thanks for getting something "right" the FIRST time around!

Best Mobile Device of 2012!

The Lumia 900 is a testament in determination to bring the best device possible to consumers, at affordable pricing. The features are incredible, the usefulness is amazing, and all that with extremely easy to use.
I am on my 3rd Windows Phone device, and the 900 is in my opinion by far better than any others available (that I have researched).
- Not too heavy
- Fast on all tasks
- Way easy to use
I can't wait to see WP8 and the new Lumia that is available then. I will be in line at my local store the night before they are available, and a few that will be joining me.
Nokia should be given a lot of credit for making a decision and not only sticking with it, but demonstrating determination to not only make a clone, but to actually put forth an innovative product that is a fantastic alternative to the other devices.

My wife and I love this phone

we replaced out iPhones with the lumia 900. It felt like the iPhone interface had become dated for us. The 900 flows so much better for us. Was easy to set up and almost seems to know what we want just when we need it. Signal strength is better and calls sound better. My wife was concerned about possibility of not finding all her apps. We have easily replaced or found all the apps we want.
I could go on, but we are so happy with our choice, and would do it again.
