The freezer gives us additional capacity to store food. There is also a smaller basket inside. There aren't any other shelves so you just need to make sure whatever you store is stackable. I usually keep frozen fruit in ziplock bags so we can make smoothies (and then I don't have to worry about fruit rotting too quickly).

THIS IS THE PERFECT SIZE, FOR STORAGE OF THOSE EXTRAS THATH DONT FITIN THE REGULAR FRIDGE AND THE TEMP. IS VERY COLD. IM VERY HAPPY.

It's just my boyfriend and I in a small apartment. We love this product. It's perfect in size and holds quite a bit! It's very lightweight so if you need to move it there is no hassle.
