[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best toaster I've ever had. Wide slots and bagel setting make perfectly toasted bagels without burning. Also fits nicely the extra thick Italian bread my husband like for sandwiches. The keep warm feature is totally unique!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was love at first site when I saw how beautiful the Hamilton Beach 2 Slice Keep Warm Toaster looked on my counter! Even better than it's slick appearance, was it's ability and functions to toast! This toaster includes features that really benefit a fast paced morning. The "Keep Warm" feature lets me place in my toast and get other things accomplished with my morning routine. It beeps to alert me that my toast is done and keeps it warm, so when I'm ready, it remains ready! I just love that! As far as toasting, I move my dial to #6 and my frozen waffle or bread comes out perfectly brown every time. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There's a setting for Bagel's as well as a wide opening to hold them! No more squishing in to fit them properly to toast and have the back side burn. Bagels toast up lovely! The extra lift up feature prevents my fingers from burning. If you have a frozen item, the frozen setting does the job to defrost and toast! All the settings light up a pretty blue when you press them, so you know the function is working. Crumb tray located at the back of toaster, makes clean up easy! Really pleased with how much style this toaster has and how well it toasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this toaster a number of times since I received it. I toasted both bagels and thick white bread. Each item came out perfectly done. The keep warm feature allowed just enough time to get the eggs finished and both on the table together. By keeping the toast in the toaster warming, the bread didn't get soggy.
I have only one suggestion, notch the plug so it stays put when u put it away.
