Outstanding Product!

I had purchased an Excalibur dehydrator a few years back; it is basically the same as this one but without the handles on the door.
The design of these units is brilliant- I can easily load nine trays of the herbs that I dehydrate, set it and literally 'forget it' until they are done. The heat blows across the top of the herbs and, although thicker stems may need more time to dehydrate thoroughly than smaller ones, they are evenly dried. I love drying Rosemary as it fills the room with a wonderful scent as it dries them!
I use this unit often and after three years have never had any issues what so ever with my Excalibur My experience proves to me that Excalibur offers top quality products.
