Cooking and baking made easy...kind of!

For the past 3 months I have used many of the features on this range. So far I am pleased. I love the way it puts a beautiful crust on a roast chicken when you use convection roast. It is a breeze to clean the stove top. I am not too charged up with the griddle piece or the oval burner. I do not find that very functional so have not even tried it. May be good for grilled cheese or pancakes. I would never try to cook bacon on it. You can not use the oval burner for anything else but the provided griddle which has a rather weird shape or grill you may have...just not real user friendly. I would prefer two additional burners instead of the oval. My old range had a round middle burner and I used it often. In regards to the manual included....it was a waste of the paper it was printed on. The information is totally not clear for a first time convection oven owner and if you go page by page the information and instructions are conflicted. Website offers the same information. You need a more precise manual. Otherwise, I am a happy oven owner. I just have to work with it trial and error.

30" width 5 burner range with convection oven

I spent a great deal of time reviewing and comparing all the options in stainless steel ranges. I read reviews, i watched videos, i even got out a magic 8 ball !! But when all was said and done, this was the entry point I decided on, and I have not been disappointed.
The center oval burner does a fantastic job of firing the griddle, which is included !! (an extra plus) and the oval is also a great way to keep 2 pots or pans warming while cooking other items for the meal.
The Turbo burner is a very welcome feature. It not only boils water as fast as a specialty water kettle, but it is also idea for heating a flat bottom wok to sear and stir fry to your hearts content!
The smallest burner simmers low without constantly having to keep an eye on it.
The cooking surface has the diversity to allow you to find, or create whatever temperature you could possibly need to make things turn out "just right".
The cooking surface grates are heavy duty and create a wonderful, almost seamless cooking surface and are easy to remove to clean under.
The convention oven is whisper quiet and quite spacious It does a superior job of maintaining low temperatures ( 225* for slow cooking pork). The racks are not heavy duty, but are definitely heavier than other manufactures. And there is a depression on the oven floor so by adding a little water and starting the cleaning cycle you can steam clean the oven?
The controls for the oven are easy to operate and you don't need to put your nose into the manual to figure out how to get things done.
There is a lockout feature for children and a Sabbath option as well.
All in all I could not ask for a better range to follow my passion for cooking. This range has all the features that I could ask for, without the extreme price of some of the competition.
I have recommended this range to my friends and would not hesitate to share my joys with anyone interested in taking cooking to another level of refinement and pleasure.

Almost very good

I love the features, such as "Power Boil" and convection oven. Disappointed by the griddle. For my purposes, it is waste of space since the 5th burner is not useful for regular cookware and can only be used with the griddle, which is designed narrower in front & wider in back and 4 pancakes or pieces of French toast do not fit as well as they did on a square griddle (which can't be used because it does not fit properly on the burner grates). It should fit over the burner grate, instead of having to swap one for the other. Wish I could design my own appliances with les fluff and more useful stuff.

Love this stove. We returned our prior stove (different manufacturer) due to the handles becoming too hot to touch while using the oven. This oven keeps the heat in and the handles do not overheat. Much better quality all around. The only thing I would change is to place the power burner in the back since it is not used as often as regular size burners.

We really like it. The only complaint would be that the entire top and front get very hot from the burners (not just the grills).
