a bit disappoimting

The oven racks had to be replaced because they were bowed! The oven control is poor for being able to turn down the temperature for my pumpkin pie recipe hat I bake for 15 minutes at 425 and then 45 minute at 350. I have to turn the oven off and back on again to do this. Dumb. The top burners do not turn on as nicely as my old GE did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Burners work great!

Just had this range installed and the burners work great. Also tried out the oven and the bread cooked evenly whether is was on the outside or inside. Liked the cook timer where it shuts off the oven. Can't wait to try the convection features.

Great stove

I bought this last Dec. I love it all except, the knobs are really low wear things. Every knob have finish flaking or chipping off. My only complaint and I use my stove everyday.

Love the stove, always wanted gas stove, interchangeable griddle for the 5th burner is awesome. The surface of the griddle is easily scraped however! Not quite sure of the convection. Does quite cook as even as it says.

Poor quality grates :(

What happened to the quality of the top grates? They are rough, flawed, rusted and just awful to clean. You can't wipe them with a paper towel because they are so rough. Also, the burner tops are very poor quality. They stain very easily. Lastly, the keypad cover is terrible quality (it matches the microwave keypad cover). It is a shame that the slate stove is so nice and they did not use quality grates, burner covers or keypad!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Stove Surprise

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. The high BTU burner boils water in no time. The cooking grates are well constructed and clean up well. The oven, not yet fully put to the test, seems to be above average in it performance. The one disappointment is the griddle burner which I thought could have been better centered on the cook top and increased BTU output.

I've only had this stove for 2 months and it has been working perfectly for me. The oven temps are very accurate whether it's in Bake or Convection Mode. I love the griddle in the middle and the various powered burners all work great!
