LOVE MY NEW GE STOVE!!

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH MY GE STOVE. I LOVE ALL THE FEATURES ESPECIALLY THE STEAM CLEANING OPTION FOR THE OVEN. THE WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THE GRIDDLE IN THE MIDDLE. THE BLACK LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

Past the Thanksgiving Test

I received this range in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking and oh boy, was I thrilled. First of all I couldn't believe hot many pots I could fit on the burners compared to my old 4 burner in the same space. The 17,000 BTU burner heated up my pressure cooker and boiled water so much faster. The simmer burner worked great for my turkey stock which simmered 3 hours. The convection oven cooked my 15 lb turkey in a little over 3 hours and was browned perfectly on all sides without turning. The skin was crisp and delicious. I first tried the steam clean which worked OK for the grease so I could reheat the sliced turkey the next day. Then I used the self clean for 3 hours which set off the smoke detectors so it got hot. I should have done it for 4 hours since not all of the caked on turkey splatter was dissolved. My husband loved using the griddle for French toast the next day using leftover Challah. He said it cooked evenly and nonstick. It was so easy to clean as were the burners. The slate color is beautiful and the perfect neutral. I love this range. Worth every penny.

This oven offers so many great features: 5 burners, griddle, convection, steam cleaning- and at a very reasonable price.

I Love my new stove!!!

This stove is great! I didn't know about the convection cooking. Now that I do I love it and use it all the time! The slate color is wonderful and is a nice alternative to the black or white.
I like the features this stove has and the steam cleaning feature is nice because I don't like using chemicals if I don't have to.

We replaced our old GE range with this one and are very pleased. The electronic controls took some getting used to but they are easy to use.
