Best stove I ever had!

Bought this stove 6 months ago and it is the best stove I've ever had. I chose it because it has a more solid, substantial feel than many of the others I considered. In this price range, I felt I was getting a well-made product, and it has not disappointed.
The oven cooks beautifully and cleans easily. Even without the convection feature engaged, it cooks fast, so start watching 5-10 minutes before recipe indicates. I've broiled (love the hi and lo settings), baked and roasted with excellent results. The burners each cook differently, as they are designed to do. Perfect simmer from the back burner & fast boil from the right front. Have enjoyed the griddle in the middle - it makes good pancakes.
But what I like most is that the entire unit is easy to clean. I've had gas stoves for the past 40 years and have never had one that you could get clean enough to look brand new again. This one after 6 months of grease splattering and sauce spilling still looks brand new! The gray top coating is holding up very well and spills seem to more easily come up, even several days later (my bad).

"What is old and new again"

14 years... It was time to replace older GE range... Not because it needed repairs... It was past it's time, we replace our phone's every time we can as new features become available right? We need to do the same with ranges!

i am not a cook, but there are so many neat features on this, you want to learn.
even my older kids are using it. The oven heats quickly and evenly, the burners are fabulous. Thank you GE for a wonderful product.

Easy to clean!

I couldn't decide which GE range to purchase and went with this one because the grates are in three sections. It is easier to lift the smaller grates when cleaning the range.

I haven't had the range long, but I love it so far. Plenty of power in the burners, the griddle works great (season with olive oil before using), the oven produced the best apple pie ever.

We bought this range roughly 3 months ago and have been very happy with the product. The quick boil burner works amazingly well to quickly boil water, and we couldn't be happier with the slate finish. Everybody that has seen the new appliances always comments on how nice the color is.
