software bug in oven

Bought this 5 months ago. Oven light stopped working and sabbath mode looses temp setting after 12hrs. Tech informed us there isn't a firmware fix available yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first house and first stove... everything cooks so evenly and you can get the burner really hot! Convection oven is great for roasting chicken.
