Paint peeled off front of oven

We were initially very happy with our stove, it was a huge upgrade from our old electric. The power burner is super hot, and great for searing meat, although it is not ideal for wok cooking because the ring of flame is so wide it leaves a cold spot in the middle of the wok. We were disappointed when after only a year and a half the pain in the middle of the oven door crinkled but didn't think it a major issue. We were alarmed when our daughter started to crawl and figured out she could peel the paint off the front of the stove. Besides this issue, we are happy with the cooking performance of the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the paint is peeling off around the burner area of my stove , only mild soap have
only been used to clean it . im very disappointed with this issue.

Has everything I wanted.

This stove has a removable griddle, warming drawer, & convection oven. I recommended it to a friend but they couldn't find this particular model. Its a great appliance.

Versatile and Full Featured

Purchased in late 2014 and it has been reliable and easy to clean. Only problems are that the simmer burner does not stay lit on the very low setting and the oven doesn't provide even heating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This stove does everything is says, our only complaint is that it was improperly constructed, so the oven door doesn't close all the way which creates a danger zone when cooking. The piece is bent, so we will have to have it repaired (costly) or buy a new oven (same cost).

Works better than my old oven

Pros: Oven heats up quickly and the convection bake does reduce the roasting time. Like the below oven drawer for storage.
Cons: The metal pieces on the stove top are annoying cumbersome to move to do cleaning. A screw fell off the oven door after about a year and I would have to pay for the replacement part with shipping. The silver colored metal is easily stained and difficult to clean. The oven light burnt out within 2 months.

I’m in love! With my range.

I love the fast preheat! Convection is awesome for baking several casseroles for large dinners - at the same time! Buttons are easy to clean and easy to set bake temp or timer. Love the cook top grates easy to remove, clean, and wipe underneath. Also on cleaning the steam function worked pretty well, it makes upkeep of my new range sorta FUN. I am so happy with my GE range!

Purchased this stove to upgrade from a gas stove that was 14 years old and no longer functional. Love the stovetop and the oven. Very sturdy and cooks to perfection.
