Quality instructions would help.

This is my second Otterbox case. My first being on my iphone 3. It was a great case and made my phone indestructible. I was expecting something good when I ordered this case for my Lumia 920, unfortunately poor design/instructions ruined that. The screen protector is a sticky plastic cover, not like my old case which was built into the case but it was still fine. The problem arises when you go to put on the screen protector on and realize it comes no where close to covering the whole screen and the instructions show a different phone so no luck there in trying to figure out how to install this small protector. I made the decision to put the protector over the front facing camera to protect the lens. Problem there is it also covered the ear piece and thus making calls sound muffled. I tried in vain to move the protector down, but once you peel them off there's no hope in getting a good seal again and it ruined the protector. So I will end with, the case its self is of the great quality you'd expect from them. But the screen protector is a huge fail because of their bad design/lack of decent instructions.
Pros: the wrap/case itself is of good quality
Cons: Low quality, screen protector lacking size/quality instructions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This case protects the proximity sensor from getting dusty, also has saved the phone a few times. To all those who don't think there is a screen protector that doesn't get lifted, Try GhostArmor. The protector shipped with the case is too big by a matter of about two millimeters.
Pros: Durable, High quality
Cons: rubber wears out on flaps and buttons

Well this is by far the best case if ever bought !!! I drop my lumia 920 at 50kmh when i was on my bike and i roll on it, my phone has nothing and the case got only a little mark on the side rubber !!!

Overall its a great product. I do realize that there is always that perfect way to drop a phone so I always try to be extremely careful with the sharp, hard corners on my Lumia 920. One day i dropped it right on the corner with the otterbox on and it dented the corner of the phone and broke the sim card slot loose, i had to buy a new phone... Overall I love this case, but a stronger structure should be made for the corners, it seems like there's not enough material there. The body and buttons are covered well and the case does an excellent job at keeping dust off (and out of) my phone.
Pros: High quality, Durable, keeps dust out
Cons: corners not reinforced well

The case is in the most view perfect but if you have to use your Connections like the USB-Micro cable you will find out that the Silicon case is not that perfect.
After some weeks of use the Silicon in the front is going to strech and the dust can pass if you close the USB-Silicon cover.

You could work on that and Change the attachment to the backside. Than it won't disturb the front Silicon lip.
All in all the cover is good Quality fine but has some issues with the Silicon.
