Clean Lines

Overall very happy with this fridge. I esp like the humidity control on the BIG produce drawers and the white coloring. It makes for very clean lines and easy cleaning/maintenance. There is ample space in the fridge and multiple shelving location options are wonderful and the door shelving capacity is excellent.The freezer is a bit small because the placement of the air ducts make it almost impossible not to block a vent. Very limited freezer shelving location/slots also narrow down space and limit making more room. I have had my new fridge for over a month and can say it runs quiet and has excellent sealing to prevent any cold air escape. It holds temp well and looks fantastic.The only things I often wish is that this model came with a bottom freezer choice vs. the top freezer....and a built in outside read temperature thermometer so one can see the temps of both the fridge and freezer from the outside. Props to whomever designed the bottom venting for the motor/compressor however. We have pets that shed alot and have lost many older fridges due to hair being taken in and clogging up the compressor motor despite cleaning (over the years, it strains the motor and eventually kills the fridge). This model has no front or side openings; only back panel. It is easy to access and clean.

Better than the bottom freezer I had.

I am pleased with this product so far. However the meat drawer has a catch toward the front that you have to lift up and over in order to open the drawer. My husband has muscle problems and can't get the drawer open if I push it clear closed. I think the catch at the back of the drawer to keep it from coming out would be sufficient. Also the slides to regulate the crisper drawers are easily knocked out. Other wise I am totally satisfied. It is so much better than the bottom freezer model by Whirlpool that I only had for 3 years and had to replace with this one.
