I liked this model because it was taller than the others which put the refrigerator part higher though I wished it had been a little more cubic ft. I don' care for the plastic shelves - I would rather had wire shelves. I don't care for the fan running - had to get used to the sound - my previous refrigerator did not have a fan! Overall, this unit will serve the purpose!

Larger than usual freezer for 28"

It has been a month, and it took a bit to get used to the different spacing in the refrigerator. But, the smaller feel of the refrigerator was worth it for the larger feel of the freezer and the closed back cabinet. You don't need the 5" space in the back anymore for the 28" wide refrigerator.

Great Storage & Cooling

I bought this 3 months ago and am very happy. The storage, durability of shelves and cooling effect is better than I had expected. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend Whirlpool appliances to everyone.

WE BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR A FEW MONTHS AGO AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MEAT DRAWER FALLING OUT AND CALLED THE LOCAL COMPANY TO FIX. THEY DID. I LIKE THE DOOR FEATURES OF OUR NEW WHIRLPOOL, AS THEY ARE ROOMIER THAN THE LAST FRIG WE OWNED. ALSO, I LIKE THE ICE MAKER BETTER, IT MAKES BIGGER CUBES. WE ARE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Good looking frezer

I got this freezer a few months ago and am happy with the way I can load it and how it keeps everything frozen. It looks so good I wanted to put it in the kitchen but it was too noisy and I put it in the hall where I had my previous freezer.
