I love my refrigerator!

EXCELLENT REFRIGERATOR

This was the best and only choice the criers add day to fruits and vegetables, even milk last longer. Finally, I ttust the GE name I have had a GE deep Freezer for many years now and I know the refrigerator will last too. My refrigerator has the smooth white finish. very stylish the model is GSHF3KGZBCWW

Our 1960's kitchen is small, so finding the perfect refrigerator took some looking. My demands were that it had to be a black side-by-side, stylish and attractive, with water and ice in the door, as many drawers as possible in the main section and good reviews. And here we are, 11-months after purchasing our GE side-by-side, and I absolutely love it!
Probably my favorite features are the deep door shelves, which allow me to store/organize condiments, jars, etc., and the three clear drawers in the main section. The bottom drawer keeps raw meats fresh and contained from other foods, the veggie drawer is wonderful, although I could use a second one, and the smaller drawer has been taken over by my husband for "man things" (his cheese and other lunch stuff). The freezer is small but well-designed. Admittedly, we have a second freezer, but I'm always amazed how much I get in my side-by-side freezer. One can even store frozen pizzas in it, just by turning them vertical.
Really, my only wish would be for a second fruit and veggie drawer, because we eat a lot of veggies and drawers work well for me. But otherwise, my fridge is perfect!

Great fridge for small kitchens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator fits into our 33" wide space perfectly. We like the pull out shelves feature. The shelves on the door are large enough to fit in all our condiments, bottle and jars. We like the built in shelves for soda cans also. The freezer is quite narrow, but we have a free standing freezer in the basement, so this is not a problem for us. Love the ice maker and water dispenser!

A short narrow unit for an older home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is 27 yrs old and it is almost impossible to find a side by side unit to fit. This unit fits, but only after we removed the cabinets above it. If this lasts 20 yrs hopefully units available in the future will have greater cooling space and the same or smaller outside dimensions.

This product has some nice features such as the the drink can holder in the door and nice roomy shelves.

We picked this fridge over a competitors brand partly because there are three drawers (snacks, veggie/fruit, and meat) in this smaller model of fridge versus the competitors of equal size. Compared to what other companies are making, this is a great value for a similar made model. Would like to see L.E.D. bulbs inside the fridge like the one in the ice/water dispenser area. Also, the shelves in the door of the freezer side are quite small -- which maybe so much molding around the edge of the shelving bins is necessary, but a small bag of veggies or a quart of ice cream (standing on end) is all that will fit. Otherwise, for the price and the smaller size of fridge, we are quite satisfied.
