good prod but has a quirk

The unit has operated nicely so far. Has several nice features. Only issue is that when you close the microwave door the light and turntable still turn. I have to push hard on the door to get the light and turntable to stop turning. So that is the biggest concern at this point. Other than that its a nice unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very disappointed with the microwave/oven combo.
The design of the microwave plate is poor. It does not seat propery every time causing it to rub against the sides of the microwave which left marks on the three metal sides. It is too expensive to replace the microwave liner.
The oven heats too hot from the bottom so baked items get burnt on the bottom while not getting browned enough on the top.
I was looking for a microwave that was also a convection oven like the GE Monogram. I thought this was what I was buying after reading your website and speaking with the salesman. Obviously, we were both incorrect.
Sure, the wave touch controls are appealing with its sleek look but if I had to do it over again I would not purchase this product.

Love the even baking and the perfect turkey mode. Thanksgiving turkey has never been so easy. Great for roasting chicken too.
Sensor reheat works well on the microwave. The only issue, not able to pop corn.

Great product. Really like the touch panel controls. Oven works great although it does take a bit of time to get to the appropriate temp. Overall, very satisfied.

Fabulous Design

I love this unit. Looks great with the other Electrolux appliances. I only wish it was not discontinued. I had to purchase the floor model and so far, I'm not at all sorry. Electrolux customer care made sure it was worth my while. The only downfall, is it takes awhile to get up to desired temperature. .

Relay board went bad after 2-3 years of usage. One fan is making noise since the beginning (I thought that is normal, but is not). Design is excellent, but bad electronics. (At list for the one that I took)
