This product looks great, performs poorly after two months

Great performance when I first purchased, now poor.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, phone volume is mediocre, camera selfies are blurry, screen locks and freezes, pictures lost after system update, black screen, poor performance, video sound is low
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This little Mini Phone

I love this phone, its a perfect size for carrying this little machine around in your pocket, not to worry about someone taking big one out of your back pocket which its being seen. This little ones is perfect size for the back pocket of your pants or cargo shorts on the side pockets... I love the features, and i play games on it every day even watch netflix.. i have no problem with this little machine. I love it to death... i would not go for a big one as a phone. I rather use the tablet for my work, or watch a movie when i am relaxing outside ( i dont have a tablet yet, hoping to get one soon). I use my little one for phone, chat and take pictures, simple. I play games too. Its great for teenagers to use.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Having my fantastic S4 mini is what I rely on in my everyday business matters, my entertainment and everything needed to control important situations that accur daily.
The quality of the Samsung is second to none. Great appearance and built to perform with superb accuracy. Meets and exceeds all areas of exploration needed for percise functionality. My Samsung stays by side for immediate need.

Not what I expected

The phone size is great as well as the price. Nice bright screen and decent speaker. However after just a little over two months of having the phone, it kept running hot. The battery would be so hot that I would literally have to take it out and let it stand for 30 minutes or longer. The battery would run hot even if there were no apps open. I can only use my location app for a few minutes or else my battery will start to run low. I also hate the fact that you can't hang up your second line when a call comes in unless you hang up the line you are on as well. And the phone doesn't always do that ring back. But the apps are great and once I got use to the phone and got the battery problem fixed, the phone was great.

Cons: battery life is short, can't hang up second line without ending both call

Works great...wish it was on a better carrier...I like it even more now that I have a new Samsung TV for Screen Mirroring...Battery life could be better but when I remember to turn off Facebook while I'm out it works fine...

Cons: all the software will suck the battery dry.

SAMSUNG, please send an update for the music player so it can play at a reasonable level!

I have had this phone for one year now and being on the Sprint network it has done me well up to now. I do have some issues with the way it lags when I first turn it on, when it's going from 3g to LTE, and when I'm switching between applications. I ALSO take a big issue with the music player. If I had known that this player would have performed below my standards I would not have picked this phone. I do LIKE the compactness of this phone, as I DO NOT like the handling of the bigger phones. If Samsung could improve on the music player via an update so that it plays my music LOUDER and not softly, also, the alarms are ALL very low sounding and I can barely hear them to awake me in the mornings or whenever. Other than that I have had no other problems with this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, music player, alarms too low
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
