The 5330 printer, IMHO is an average printer in the sense that it prints (color) quite slowly. It actually copies faster than it prints. It's also difficult to change out paper because there is no indentation under the stack of paper to get a hold of to pull them out. There's also something that keeps interfering paper insertion. Other than that, it prints quite well. If given a chance, I would pick a different printer . . . one that prints color faster is easier to change out paper.

I have yet to use all the features of my HP Envy e all in one but so far what I have used is copy and print from my computer and it is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work for more than 2 pages and can't make multiple copies. Not very happy with this feature.

I knew I loved it when, as I was worrying about installation because of a previous bad experience, I discovered it was already installed-like magic!
I love the default 2-sided copying. The printer sucks the paper back in on its own for the second side, so you don't have to remember how to position it. I haven't used the scanner yet or printed photos, but family members who have the same model are very happy with those features.

Wish it didn't have the glitches

The machine looks great and has lots of good features. Easy to set up, but I had trouble almost immediately. When I went to print multiple pages, it would stop printing after a few pages and didn't finish the job. I need to be able to print multiple pages. After spending time with tech support, we loaded a "different" printer that I guess has different drivers. It worked, so that was good. My latest glitch came today when I printed a ~10 page doc. The printer "hiccupped" on the last page and then proceeded to reprint the entire 10-page doc! If it had stopped, I would have reprinted only the 1 incomplete page. I checked and I had only specified 1 copy, so that was very weird. Never seen a printer do that. Tech support can't tell me if it is the printer or my laptop. OK. The problem with this is that I have subscribed to the auto-ship e-ink monthly program that monitors pages printed and will charge extra if you go over your plan. Kind of like minutes with your cell phone. I have been left hoping it won't do this again. Otherwise the printer seems to be great. Since I've only had this printer for a couple of weeks, I am still unsure if I would recommend based on these issues. Too bad I already did before the problems emerged.
