Works great. Big money saver

I got this because I see no need to pay for a big cable package when I don't watch TV much. I only subscribe to the free channels on Roku but found the selection more than adequate. It works fine, but if I had to buy again I'd get the Roku 3 so I could connect with an ethernet cable.

Better than Apple TV

My 2nd Roku and I love it even more than the first and more than my Apple TV. I really love the ability to plug headphones into the remote for quiet listening to either TV or music. Channels are great. Netflix on my Apple TV usually freezes; not an issue on my Roku.
Roku is my go to entertainment box.

Got this as a Christmas gift and it worked sporadically. Eliminated all cable TV potential issues and now does not work at all. Seems to be no warranty. It sucks don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had some issues setting it up, but had an excellent person who was very kind to me. I own two of them now, and absolutely tell everyone about it, when there is opportunity.
One issue is that a few locations were offering FREE movies, but then wanted my credit card number, and I found that not FREE, but invasive, so I did not take their offer like MGO.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Roku. I have them in several rooms. I have bought several as gifts, and they have been a big hit. So easy to set up and use. Love all the channel choices. My husband is now a big fan of binge watching of some great shows from Netflix. It will change the way you enjoy TV! Watch what you want, when you want to.

You should list your apps as either totally free or cost, as some look free but end of costing for most areas.
