I love our Roku2.Super easy to set up, lots of options, and streams effortlessly. The interface is just OK - use the iPhone app as it is much simpler and quicker.

Absolutly in love with this product. Itloads content very fast. The program keeps track of what you have watched and recommends other shows.

My husband surprised me with it. He wanted me to be able to watch NetFlix in HD and be able to plug in my earphones to the remote, so I could still watch, and he did not have to hear it. I love it.

Not what it's cracked up to be

We live in the country, no cable, no satellite tv, we thought the Roku was what we needed. What a disappointment . For so many channels we want to watch i.e. Sports, we can't watch because we need a cable provider. If I had a cable provider I would not need Roku! Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After purchasing one for myself and seeing how easy it was to use, I bought one for Christmas for my 85 year old mother, as she was mad at cable TV not having what she wanted to watch and the price they were charging. We set it up for her, I wrote brief description on a note card for her to use ,and she has not had an issue.
For her to love this item and be able to use it is a rarity....
