Great features and economical~

We bought the Roku 2 in May 2013 and have been very satisfied. The quality of the product is great and Roku offers a variety of channels, making cable no longer an option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a Roku 2 because I wanted to watch movies on my time and see the latest ones plus I liked the idea that you could add different features to your player, such as Plex, ESPN, Crackle, and other websites I was interested in. Sometimes though I turn on my Roku 2 and the print on my TV screen is very small but most of the time it works very well for me. I am quite satisfied with he purchase I have made regarding the Roku 2.. I really do miss LastFM on my Roku 2 and I hope they will soon be able to provide this service again for me. Thanks

Get the Roku!

We actually got this one from my wife's company for a Christmas present. It was very easy to install, just took about 15 min from set up to programming.
Roku is about 100X better than the basic cable package I had from Wave Broadband. I can watch the shows I want on Hulu or Amazon Prime, and I save ~ $80/mth!!!!!

I have been using Roku 2 since January. I live in Mexico and it is the perfect way for me to get television shows I could never watch.Love It!!!

Really good features

Pretty great product. The only downside is that the remote needs to be re-synced more often than not. But other than that, I really enjoy my Roku and use it almost every single day.

We went shopping at a furniture store a while back and met a salesman who was raving over a product he had that saved him so much money because he was able to give up cable. He was telling us how many channels it had and how easy it was to use. We didn't remember the name of the product he was raving about. Months later, I wanted a way to get Netflix on our bedroom TV, so I did an internet search and found the Roku box. It was then that we remembered what the furniture salesman was raving about. We decided to try it. We are getting ready to give up our satellite. The Roku is the truth! There is never a moment when there's nothing to watch. New channels are constantly coming out and the content is great! All of the channels show so clear. We told my mom about it, she's 77 and of course not into technology and set in her old ways. She trusted our judgement and decided to give it a try and now she's a Roku expert. She gave up her satellite. She loves Netflix and added religious channels and channels for her grandchildren to watch. Roku would be unstoppable if they added a channel that would help pick up local channels. It would be worth it even if we had to pay a small fee for it.

My second one

This is the second Roku I own. The first one is four years old and still working great. This one works just as good with more features. Love the remote earphone so I don't disturb anyone while I watch.
