I was kinda skeptical that this would be as good as it is and that my charter cable and wifi would handle it well but its working flawless! My wife says "Guess whats on TV right now .... just about anything you want".

disappointed in ear bud addition

I already have a ROKU 2XD that is fine. I was having trouble hooking up my wireless earphone set up to a different TV so I ordered this product, thinking the earbuds would solve my problem. The sound was sub-standard and I could not understand the words.
It was a blessing in disguise for me because I revisited my problem and discovered how to use my 2XD with the Steinhauser wireless set I have been using for a long time.

Sorry for the trouble, but I did want you to know that, in my opinion, your good rep. is likely to be hurt by these ear buds (or the audio the ROKU transmitts to them)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had bought a Roku LT about three years ago and LOVED it. We recently moved into a house with more bedrooms and purchased the Roku 2. Best purchase ever! I love the headphone jack in the remote. I'm a night owl and my fiance is not so this enables me to watch TV in bed but not disturb him.

Works great for streaming videos. Does produce a lot of heat so provide ventilation. Has frozen up twice and had to be powered down and restarted.
