Extreme low cost operation and endless programs

I have been using Roku for the past five years and have easily saved $5,000. When you combine your Roku with an outdoor TV antenna, you will get more than enough to watch. Now you may not get you favorite cable program, but you can go an a fabulous vacation with the money will have saved, nuff said!

I bought this because I needed one for another TV. I like that it has earphones. This is the second one I have bought. This one was really easy to set-up.

I dont even miss Cable TV

I bought my Roku a month ago and I absolutely love it! Its easy to set up and has tons of features. I really enjoy all the features that can sync between my Roku and my IPhone. I am beyond satisfied with my Roku.

I heard about Roku about a year ago. At the time I didn't really know what it was. Flash forward 8 months: I got tired of "the cable company" raising rates and taking away channels and services, with no communication to boot. I did my homework on options including Roku, Apple TV and that Google thingy you stick into the tv. Well, I don't have a fancy tv. I loved that Roku had options for me. It looked easy. It looked fun! It sounded great to me. And having it in the house now for several months, I am still tickled by what a great device it is. So much to choose from! Lots of great movies, plenty of variety of shows, and even educational and informative programming. Hard to find, rare, and classic programs! My constructive feedback: Occasionally it freezes up, and the remote seems to be a battery "hog." Despite those small things, I'm so very glad I pulled the plug on cable. I've already been recommending Roku to friends, and strangers too!

Love Roku!

I have been a Roku user for a couple of years, haveing experience with a Roku HD. Bought a second one for the bedroom, a Roku 2. I use both of mine with my old analog TV's,and they work great! When i update my TV's, they will be waiing there for me.

Saving Money the Simple Way

I have three Rokus now, one for each room in the house I'm rebuilding. I have the one with the headphones and enjoy the convenience and quietness it provides. It saves me about $100 a month by using WIFI to keep everyone in the house happy and Netflix works well on the Roku system so I don't have to buy cable. I wish the models I have had Youtube buttons instead of the some of the other direct keys as I have discovered it to be a great place to watch movies and catch music videos. I just purchased the HDTV Insert Model and like the design. Thank you for a great product, and welcome to Austin, TX.

Keeps disconnecting

My biggest problem is my connection is constantly getting lost. At least once a week (sometimes every đay) I need to unplug everything and reenter my passcode. Other times I just have to reenter the passcode, sometimes a number of times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
