Slow, but gets the job done.

I don't love the interface and the machine is slow and outdated, but I LOVE being able to plug headphones into the remote and the streaming works well at the end of the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I could no longer afford cable. Having Roku has saved me so much money over the months that I have had it. II thought I would miss cable, but there are so many choices available on Roku that this has not been the case. Absolutely a great product.

Love the choices of Apps/ Headphones

I have a 6yr old and the headphones work great when she is wanting to watch something while I have homework or work to do at the home. My only recommendation for future ROKU products, instead of buying a roku for each tv, I wish you could by one and be able to have it available on all tvs in the household. This is a great buy. Especially if you love the WWE Network

I bought this as a birthday present to myself and I use it most every day... Love that I can watch Netflix on it. My only problem is that Comcast is not included in the cable companies that allow hbo go and other stations to be downloaded to my Roku.

Some good...some bad

We honestly purchased the Roku 2 in order to watch Live Tv through the Time Warner Cable application. Since receiving the Roku 2, we have been unable to load the TWC application properly. Sometimes it will not load at all, sometimes it will load to the channels, but then the channels will not load. I have spoken to TWC twice, without any resolution.
Also, the fact that 75% of the channels through the box are paid subscription channels, is not appealing either.

We now have a couple of these having given up cable TV. We use Netflix and Hulu and a number of the channels provided with the tiny box. The headphones integrated with the remote is an outstanding upgrade from the Roku 1 and allows far more flexibility

Simple to Use, Simply Awesome to Have

I bought this around Christmas time, for my own use, and it's been fantastic. Streaming quality has been great. It's incredibly easy to use and set up. And I can swap it between televisions by simply having an HDMI cable at each. I don't have cable service, and my Roku 2 fills the gap.
