I bought this a few months ago. It installed easily, but the remote was only working when it was less than a foot from the Roku unit near the TV. Not a very useful remote! So I contacted customer service and they walked me through trying all sorts of things, concluded I had gotten a bad remote and promptly sent me a new one that works perfectly. If I had gotten a good remote from the beginning I would have rated this Roku a 5!

I love my ROKU

The Roku cut my TV bill by alot. I was able to cancel all my premium stations so have only the most basic package I can get. I still have live TV and first run TV shows but have so much available on the Roku. I've subscribed to Netflix and Amazon Prime and my TV bill is STILL sooo much less than it was. Thank you, ROKU.

Bought the roku streaming stick and returned it because of the many issues it had. I then purchased this Roku 2 and it is the best product I have purchased from them so far. No issues. Works excellent and exceeded my expectations.
