I bought this device because it was referred to me by a close friend. It was so easy to install and it offers a wide range of channels that the entire family can enjoy. I recommend this product to everyone i know.

Netflix Profiles Missing

Really love this product with my non-HD/HDMI televisions but Roku 2 XD will not display Netflix profiles. This is why I bought the Roku 2 because of the types of TV I have. Suport has no answers - seems a simple sofware update would fix the problem. Don't like the apparent built in obsolescence of the product. I would reccommend product to anyone but be sure it does what you want - I was mislead about the upcoming Netflix profiles when I purchased mine.

CANNOT UTILIZE THE NETFLIX PROFILES ON ROKU

I own 2 roku's & neither one has been updated with the latest & Greatest Netflix feature which is allowing various family members to create their own video movie list profile. I own a Sony DVD player that offers Netflix & they have updated their software to include this feature. When will Roku WAKEUP????

It worked for a while and now everytime I watch Netflix I get errors. Loses the wi-fi signal. Haven't used it in months. I get no errors when I watch on my iPad. Would not buy another one.

Nice product but the remote needs an up grade

The roku works great. Lost of features but my remote stopped working shortly after purchase. Luckily I could down load an app on my iphone and use it as a remote however, I can no longer use the earpuds to listen in as I could with the original remote and I liked that feature.
