Works great except for Wi-Fi Interference

Roku can't maintain its internet connection if there is another WI-Fi device transmitting nearby. I have a transmitter relaying sound to my hearing aid nearby. I need to shield the transmitter in order to get ROKU to work. If you don't have any devices transmitting nearby, it works fine.

As a senior citizen, ease of use is important to me. The learning curve was pretty much non-existent. I am thoroughly enjoying using my Roku 2.

So happy I have my Roku 2. It works well very easy to setup and most of all the savings on not paying a high priced cable bill was worth it!

What a great item to have...I don't enjoy regular television, so the Roku is a great item for me to have...love watching Acorn Television, PBS shows, and Netflix Streaming. I can see all the things I like to watch with Roku. I set it up myself and I am no mechanical genius...have had no trouble with it!

Out of the box, plugged and working with no problem. Finally something that works the way it's suppose to without hair pulling and gnashing of teeth.

Works great on my old 60 inch rear projection TV

I have an older 60 inch rear projection Sony TV that has only only HDMI input that does not carry an audio signal.This TV's picture is still great so I hated to give it up'. .The Roku 2 analog connections allowed me to hook it up to all the streaming video input that Roku provides.Also, despite being a long way from my wifi modem it streams perfectly without breakup or signal loss.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we wanted to eliminate the internet TV costs and hoped that Roku was part of the answer. it is everything it is supposed to be but still doesn't eliminate the need for Uverse, or other type service.
