I am very disappointed with this product. Almost daily I unplug it to reset it because it has frozen up again. It is also very slow to buffer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I sent the wife out for a Roku3 and she came back with a Roku2 by mistake. I decided I would try it before returning it. We love it so much, instead of returning it, we are going to purchase a Roku 3 in addition and put the Roku2 in our daughter's room. It is great to be able to watch a TV series from the pilot to the current episode.

We got this to cancel our cable tv and what a good move that was. Not only do we have it on our bedroom tv, we got one for the living room and both of my children's room. Saves us 212 bucks a month and never miss any shows we watched with cable. I love this roku

Overall good experience only problem is the HBO go doesn't really work but not sure if it is hbo's fault or roku
