Wishing it had an off switch!

The Roku 2 works fine: the only problem I have is that even when the TV is shut off, Roku 2 is working. Someone should have made an on/off switch as the battery wears out quite often.

My wife purchased the Roku 2 for me for Christmas. After my kids got it all set up for me, I have been watching it non stop! It is completely addicting!

I bought mine a couple months ago and am pretty pleased they just need more free modern movie channels and that would make it almost perfect,oh and a way to get local channels thats not real expensive.

Needs a more concise home screen, more emphasis on mainstream channels and new channel releases. Less on shady channels.

Sturdy signal

I have an AppleTV, but would constantly be frustrated by the spinning circle and always blamed it on my Wi-Fi signal. Not true - the Roku streams much more easily than the AppleTV and I can now watch shows without pauses, hesitations, pixelation and spinning circles. Worth the extra purchase!

I was getting so tired of moving my computer into the living room and hooking up the HDMI cable every time I wanted to watch Netflix. I still don't know about all the other things I can do with the Roku. I'm somewhat technology challenged but perhaps I'll learn.
