Good product but a few issues

I like the roku player but I've been having some issues. Some video's on Huluplus, HBOgo, FXX, and others either won't play or keep getting interrupted a lot. I'm not sure if it's just me or others who are experiencing this problem but I've been having problems with it since I first bought it. I'm not saying it's a bad product but I think there are something's that could be done to make the product a little better than it is now.

Great way to access the movies, content of other channels you'll never see on cable or Dish. So much free content and also access to premium content like Hulu, Amazon, and Netflix. Stumbled upon Roku's while surfing a couple years ago. Recommend them to all friends and acquaintances. Easy online setup.

Very nice, but some glitches

While I picked this unit up thinking it would be a great way for my non-technical girlfriend to watch streaming movies & shows, it turns out that the system periodically glitches on an update, requiring an occasional "factory reset" followed by a system update. While this is no problem for me (it only occurs every 6 months or so), my girlfriend admits that she would be lost if she had to do it herself. That said, when the unit is working, it is incredibly easy to use and the best entertainment investment we've made since we ditched cable and satellite a couple of years ago.

I have a competitors streaming device which i really enjoy but there were certain limits that come with that product. I wanted a specific app that Roku offered and so i purchased one. I have really enjoyed it since i have owned it.

Able to enjoy old time stufff

I am enjoying some of the tv programs and movies from athe 50s and 60s. I was dissappointed however that rdio did not have one of my favorite big bands. (Billy Vaughn).
