Bought and used for one night - programming is terrible - ended up much more satisfied streaming Netflix through my computer, HDMI cable out to flat screen tv. Tlok back for refund the next day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Roku- bought and installed a few weeks ago. I have a much better high definition picture on my TV than when I had cable. I wish I had changed over before.

We got rid of Cable TV

There are so many great programs on ROKU we decided to stop our cable service.
So many great shows we would not get if we were on cable We have 2 ROKUs now!

great alternative to cable

I like my ROKU because I am able to watch exactly what I want. I have netflix and amazon and between the two of them and with all the channels on ROKU I have a great variety.

This device was so easy to use. We only have antenna tv so it gave us so many more entertainment options. we can watch tv shows we wouldn't normally get. We can listen to our favorite music. We love it!!

The quality of the video is very good, however, several times I have had to reboot the device because I had no audio. I feel this is a problem I should not have to deal with. This is my second Roku.
