I bought my Roku 2 about a month ago. I really like the Roku 2 because it can be used for both regular TV's and also the HDMI TV's. I have even been able to use it on a small TV that has the combination VCR with it. You just use the 3 color coded wires that come with it. That's the reason why I chose this one. Works great on both types of TV's.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I need more spare time to get the most. I do get some stop and go I am not sure if its Roku or my wireless? Maybe you could advise?

I bought one in March and a second one in October. I like it. Mostly use it for Amazon Prime and Netflix. Also use it for Crackle. My Dad loves the old shows.
Problem is that sometimes it keeps losing the connection. Say no signal from cable. I find that very annoying. This even happens with the one in the same room as the router. I would still recommend it if you have Netflix or Prime.

I love Roku so nice that whoever thought of something like that if it's really nice to have me it's better than the local stations and no commercial which I love so I love it and I would recommend him to anyone thank you

Seems like every time I want to use it it takes between 5 and 30 minutes to start a program. Then several times during the show it stops to "load". I have better results using my five year old laptop!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
