Disappointed! No Netflix profile support.

The ease of set up and selection of channels is good. However, we use Netflix a great deal, and this version does not support profiles. Only after a good deal of research after my purchase did I find out that Netflix profiles are only supported on the top end model. I did most of my research for model selection and comparison on Roku's website, and this pertinent information is not readily available on Roku's site. My first and last Roku more than likely!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Device control works. Easy to use. But the earphones did not. The plug does not fit securely into the control causing the sound to turn off and on as the plug moves. Used my earphones and it worked as it should.
