Just bought the Roku 2 & i really only got it for the grand Nickreboot private channel, allows me to feel like a kid again, 90s kids! Rejoice!

I was walking through my favorite office store, and I was just looking at all the new material. Then a worker asked me, in that section, have you ever seen the Roku? I said no. He explained. So, I purchased one. Got home, hooked it up, and I could not believe it. I was then, and now, in heaven. The picture of my HDTV is perfectly unbelievable. I am in another world. I took it to the living room, played a movie from Netflix, and everyone thought they were in a theater. At that time, my mother, my sister and other friends purchased their own. All they do daily is watch and enjoy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a Roku 2 and Roku 3 and have loved them both! We recently built a new house and had trim our entertainment budget. Getting the Roku allowed us to get MOST of the content we had been getting with cable at a fraction of the monthly cost. Fair warning: You'll still need to have a cable account to get ALL the channels to work correctly. Also, Comcast does NOT support HBOGo on Roku at this point. If that issue were resolved it'd be much better. Once the major networks get on board (Fox has a GREAT channel) it'll be even better. Can get most shows through Hulu and NetFlix but not all. Still a solid 9 out of 10!

I receive the roku 2 for my birthday and we couldn't get the remote to work. MY grandaughter gave me hEr roku 1 and it worked
