Great product, too bad it only updates for a year

I found out today that my 2013 Roku 2 won't get profiles for Netflix. In and of itself, that is not a big deal, but to wonder what other updates my Roku won't be getting :(

I love my ROKU

I wasn't sure at first about ROKU because I never heard about it. But once I purchased it and up graded my internet, I couldn't believe all that I missed before owning one. It was a very wise decision.

Best Piece of Tech I Own

We loved our first Roku so much we bought another one to stop the kids from fighting over what to watch. Within a month we cancelled DISH and just went with steaming Netflix Hulu and Amazon... We love these things... Get one and you will see!

I purchased it about a month ago really liked but unfortunately I going to return it the reason why for some reason I am unable to have internet connection to my DIRECTV with the roku hooked up I called customer support but we were unable to find a solution otherwise a good product

Overall I was pleased with the ROKU. However, I was not able to record my programs as advertised. This was disappointing.
