Superior user friendly device, only wish it had external hard drive capability as in WD players. WD player lags behind in picture quality, ease of use and app access. Do use both but Roku is hands down go to for on line such as Netflix, Acorn etc.

I bought the first Roku years ago to watch Netflix. I love it so much I bought one for our 2nd TV. Its easy to navigate and the picture is so crystal clear!

Simple to set up.

I bought an older Roku device at a garage sale. I was so happy with it that I bought 2 of the newer Roku 2s. It was easy to set them up and I was using them in no time to stream Netflix. The only glitch I have seen is the display shrinks to a much smaller size at times and sometimes the avatars for the Netflix movies are grayed out. I've only used the ear buds once but they seemed to lose the connection at times and I would lose one channel of sound.

I bought my Roku 2 a couple of months ago and since then have purchased 2 more! I'm very pleased with this product.

I bought the 2 for an older set it would not work properly so I returned it an bought the 3 which did not have the configuration that would work for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
