Easy to set up.

I bought this two months ago and have only had one time where it froze temporarily. It was very easy to set up especially for a techno-phobe like me. I really enjoy this product.

Would like more access to older movies.

Our Roku is nice to have but we have trouble accessing streaming. Every time we go to use it, we have to go through the process of re-registering it. At times, the program is lost because the streaming is disrupted.
We do not like the process of finding a movie/program by having to click through the pictures. Typing in a name is really.y.y a pain! Why isn't there a way to delete a feature other than on the initial page of the menu?

I brought it a few months ago to watch Netflix. I am disappointed that I can not log into my profile. So I do not use it that much. When Roku makes it so you go to your own profile it will be a great thing to use.

I bought my current Roku about a month ago. This would be the third one. I suppose if this were my first one I would have rated it a five.but there were features I liked more on the other models. I do like the earphones. I miss the ability to easily delete programming I tried and don,t like. I do not like the way the programs are viewed. I would like to arrange them myself

I DON'T SEE HOW ANYONE SEES THIS AS A CORD CUTTER FOR CABLE. MOSTLY EVERYTHING REQUIRES A SUBSCRIPTION. MOST OF THE FREE STUFF IS OLD, BORING OR CLIPS. FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS HOPING TO PICK UP THE SYFY CHANNEL, BUT NONE OF THE MOVIES ARE SHOWN AND THE TV SERIES ARE ALL CLIPS. THIS IS TRUE OF SEVERAL OTHER ENTRIES I TRIED. THE BEST BET WAS THE WWE CHANNEL AND EARNED THIS PRODUCT 2 STARS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Money Saving & Commercial Free Programing.

Our Roku 2 saves us money every month. We dropped the premium movie channels on our satalite supplier and added Netflix on our Roku. More & better movies and we select the ones to watch and when.
Commercial free viewing is a huge feature.
We have 2 Rokus have not encountered any problems.

Effortless installation

This has helped with video options for my wife battling cancer. It was installed effortlessly and she has mastered using the remote. Very pleased with the ROKU.
