A great replacement for cable

I bought the Roku about 3 months ago. Since then, it's proven to be the perfect (and free) replacement for cable.

Excellent Product

Easy to hook up. Works perfect. We haven't used all of the features (which are many) but very very pleased with this product. Very small. Much cheaper then buying a whole TV for web access!!

We canceled cable and could not be happier! Love Roku! My parents came to visit and they left our house, canceled cable and bought a Roku!

We love our Roku! Best thing ever! The only draw back is you need a cable subscription for a lot of the cable channels. It would be nice if you could get more content without the cable subscription, but there is still a lot to watch on it! Love it. Highly recommend it

Overall, good, but some software issues

I really like the convenience of the Roku 2. It allows me to play videos from many different sources. However, the software on this does not seem to be as good as the LT model that I purchased 3 years ago. It frequently locks up, and reboots. I would like to see the software work a bit better.

We have purchased most competing products and find the roku interface best. Better than a brand new smartTV and much faster! Only concern in the last year is the unit is extremely hot to the to the touch.
